HandyPay offers smooth payments and many payment methods which speed up payments.
- HandyPay works with credit card, debit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, or invoice.
- The guest can pay directly when they ask for it.
- For card payments, the guest simply taps their card on HandyPay, just like on a regular payment terminal. It is also possible to insert the card and use chip and PIN.
Easy to split the bill and tip
Our products are known for being user-friendly with few clicks.
- In HandyPay, it’s easy to split the bill in several different ways.
- You can split the bill per product so each guest pays for what they have eaten and drunk (even a half bottle of wine). Or you can divide the bill into equal parts.
- The guests can choose the payment method they prefer and receive a receipt directly at the table or to their email.
- You can choose between different tipping options in the terminal: fixed tipping percentages, total amount including tip, or a chosen amount directly on the total sum.

- It’s easy to take orders in HandyPay, and if a guest wants to add to their order, you don’t have to run to the POS-system to enter the order.
- New orders are placed directly at the table and are not forgotten. Minimizing incorrect orders and mistakes.
- The order is sent directly to the kitchen, where orders are printed or displayed on a Kitchen Display System
Minimal administration and total control over your sales
All information from HandyPay is automatically entered into Trivec’s POS system and you can easily perform an “End of Day”. In the report tool MyTrivec you can follow the transactions and see sales figures in real time, as well as pull reports.
